How long is your course?

There is ongoing learning from one term to the next. However, if you wish to just do a "course" we can arrange this too.
What sort of equipment to I need to get started?

You will need a lace pillow, bobbins, pins, thread, card and some other items which can usually be found around the house.
Where do I get this equipment?

I can provide some equipment for you to borrow until you have decided that you enjoy the craft and wish to buy your own. There are some items of equipment which you will need to buy and I can advise on this.
How long does it take to learn the basic stitches?

Not very long really. It is a bit like knitting - there are 2 stitches, cloth stitch and half stitch, plus a twist. EVERYTHING else is made up of these 2 stitches. Most students learn these 2 stitches in the first 2 weeks of the term.
