The Lace Guild has a wealth of information on Lace and lace making.  At The Hollies, near Stourbridge, they have their own Museum.  The Lace Guild is able to advise on a group near you and identify old lace.  You can have a hard copy of their quarterly journal with your membership or you can have an e-membership.
